Adult Ministry
At the Marie Sandvik Center, our Christ-centered adult ministries exist to meet practical needs while pointing people to Jesus. Through evening services, Ladies’ Day, Christian films, and Set-Free Bible-based recovery meetings, we offer help, hope, and a path toward lasting change.
These ministries continue the foundation started by Marie Sandvik, centered on an evening service with a meal and a clear message of salvation through Jesus Christ. Speakers from across the Twin Cities share the Gospel, bringing a message of freedom from addiction, abuse, brokenness, and destructive life patterns. People come from all over seeking food, clothing, friendship, and hope, and they are met with care and the truth of the Gospel.
Each evening also provides a hot meal, a place to rest, and shelter from extreme Minnesota weather. After the service, clothing rooms are opened with items for men, women, and children, along with hygiene kits, blankets, quilts, and household essentials.
Our Chaplain is available for prayer, counsel, and connection to additional resources through our ministry partners.
